If it is necessary for competitors from outside the European Union to obtain documents required by Polish law to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland, the festival’s organizational office will provide you with all the necessary help and support.

Plane

W odległości 30 km od Jelcza-Laskowic znajduje się międzynarodowe lotnisko Wrocław (WRO). Port Lotniczy położony jest w południowo-zachodniej części Wrocławia, w odległości ok. 10 km od centrum miasta, w pobliżu Autostradowej Obwodnicy Wrocławia.

Train

Jelcz-Laskowice can be conveniently reached by train, the railway station is located at Kolejowa 14, 55-220 Jelcz-Laskowice. About 1 km from the festival arena.

Car

Jelcz-Laskowice does not have a direct motorway connection, but access by car is very convenient. The city is perfectly connected with the network of motorways (A4 and A8) and expressways (S3, S5 and S8), which also allows convenient access from the other regions of Poland.

There is a free car park next to the festival arena.

Accommodation

Stardance Festival finalizes the talks on the selection of a hotel facility for the accommodation of the members of the jury committee. Detailed information will be published soon.

Transfers

Stardance Festival provides assistance with the necessary transfers between the airport, the hall and the hotel facility, where the judges are staying.

Catering

The catering service will be provided in a specially designated room, with constant availability of hot and cold drinks. Meal service will be carried out in a time schedule determined by the date of the event.

Language

The language of the event’s announcer and written festival materials is Polish. For the comfort of foreign judges, the composition of the organizational staff, using visible markings, will be people who speak foreign languages, providing the necessary support and assistance.
